FFXIV PAX Panel Info
Sep 17th
Ok, let’s spend some time in reading the Final Fantasy XIV PAX Panel Info here, now check out the details below.
The Square Enix Panel was a late announcement at PAX 2010 and held at the Benaroya Hall in order to accommodate the number of anticipated fans. Mr. Sage Sundi, Global Online Producer, Community and Service Division of Square Enix welcomed the crowd and thanked them for coming before turning it over to a North American Community Manager, who talked us through a long Final Fantasy XIV trailer showing cut scenes and game play in a quest.

Final Fantasy XIV’s quest lines have really nice cut scenes which place your character right in the action. However instead of simply interacting with the game to move the quest text along, Final Fantasy XIV’s cut scenes are voiced and combat and other actions are inter-twined to create a deeper immersion. No longer do you just kick back and watch a short movie in which your character plays a part, there’s more interaction and you may just have to kill some mobs with the other NPCs or protect them. Once that is over, the cutscene continues. More >

The Art Director Talk about FFXIV Latest Video
Sep 10th
FFXIV is coming nearly, are you looking forward to playing the game? Today here The art director will talk about Final Fantasy XIV the latest video, have a look below now.

One of the defining elements of Final Fantasy XI was the attention to detail, with every area of the world carefully crafted for maximum verisimilitude. It’s a tradition that has been carried on to Final Fantasy XIV, with the game’s art direction as one of its primary selling points. Akihiko Yoshida, the art director for the game, shares his thoughts on the design of the game and his hopes for the player experience in the newest Making of Eorzea video, embedded after the cut.
Yoshida discusses the added challenges experienced with the game’s dynamic format, as well as the many ways that the team has tried to expand upon the lessons learned from Final Fantasy XI. Players of the open beta have no doubt noticed the amount of detail going into each environment, and it helps make even mundane tasks more enjoyable. See what Yoshida has to say about designing Final Fantasy XIV’s visuals after the cut, and keep your eyes open as the open beta continues (Square-Enix has been rolling out a new patch nearly every day).
FFXIV Community with Square-Enix Info
Sep 6th
|
As we all known, FFXIV is coming soon, so do you wanna know more about it, ok, now let’s take some time to have a look.
It was hard to miss Final Fantasy XIV at PAX Prime this year — its booth loomed large, white and sprawling right inside of the main exhibition hall doors. As players poured in to get their hands on this imminent title, Massively pulled aside Square-Enix’s Yasu Kurosawa and Sage Sundi for a chat about managing the global community. Sage deals with more of the global aspect across multiple regions, while Yasu is Square Enix’s North America representative and is tasked with bringing the community’s voice back to Japan. Unfortunately, we were limited from discussing gameplay aspects of FFXIV, but the pair were open about the challenges and difficulties of handling a community worldwide, especially in regions where the game’s developers are not linguistically fluent. Read on for their thoughts on the subject. More > |

FFXIV Open Beta Bring The Changes
Aug 31st
Move your sights here now. We are going to take you to see some info about FFXIV Open Beta here. Follow me.
Players who have longed for a chance to play Final Fantasy XIV and haven’t been selected for the game’s beta yet can take heart. The open beta will begin on August 31st, and players are already able to begin downloading the client. (With the latest patch at 1.24 gigabytes, we do mean “begin downloading.” It’ll be a while.) That means that you can see for yourself whether the outraged reaction to the fatigue system is entirely deserved, along with any other questions you might have about gameplay.
As has been the pattern for the game’s testing, the newest build includes several updates to UI functionality and the implementation of further core features, although it’s still unclear if this version is the same as the release version due out in a bit less than a month. Chat modes and friend list features have been implemented, as well as a further listing of emotes for various situations. FFXIVCore has put together a decent list of the beta changes, something that should be of interest to the many Final Fantasy XIV hopefuls due to start trying the game soon.
